Alexander Grozev – Bulgaria

Film Critic, Festival President

He is a very well-known film critic from Bulgaria. PhD in the Theory of Cinema, Professor of Film History at the South-West University, lecturer for film critic at the National Academy of Film. Jury member at many international film festivals. Member of the Bulgarian Filmmakers’ Association and member in the publishing board of Kino magazine, as well. Founder and Director of LOVE IS FOLLY – Film Festival in Varna, counting for 20 editions. Alexander Grozev was Manager of the National Film Center of Bulgaria, representing member of Bulgaria in the European Association for Media Programs. He published 16 books dedicated to film theory and history and wrote many reviews in publications from U.K., Germany, Russia.


Gorkem Yeltan  – Turkey

Actress, Writer, Director

Born in 1977, in Nazilli, Turkey. Graduate of Theatre Faculty – State Conservatory in Istanbul. She acted in many TV serials, films and theatre plays. She won the award for best actress at the 16th. and 18th. edition of Golden Boll (Altin Koza) Film Festival in Turkey and at the 38th. of Rotterdam Film Festival. Member of the jury at the 17th edition of Altin Koza Film Festival, the 7th edition of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth – Yerevan, Armenia and also at the 3rd.edition of Dream Fest Cinema. Görkem Yeltan is also a writer; she published 18 books for children. In addition to children’s literature, writes lyrics for songs. She is an active member in the struggle for peace in the world. In 2015 she directed her first feature film :We Were Dining and I Decided, already included in the international festival circuit


Giuseppe Piccillo  – Belgium


Giuseppe Piccillo is a young Belgian actor, of Italian origin.He graduated  the acting studies at the famous Parisian  Theater School – Florent. He was author of many commercials for the French televisions. In the last 6 years he was member in the organizing crew of the Love Films Festival from Mons – Belgium.In 2012 he was acting in the Romanian feature ”Chasing Rainbows”, directed by Dan Chisu. He is a talented animator for street-theater presentations  and especially for shows dedicated to children in non-conventional places like schools, hospitals etc. Currently, he is acting in Paris on the set of the latest season of the acclaimed Disney serial – Violetta.


Mihai Orăşanu – România

Producer & Sound Engineer

Producător, Inginer de sunet In his long careen in the field of Romanian cinematography, he produced  more than 20 full and short length features and as sound engineer managed and supervised the  soundtrack production of more than 70 full length features.
He is also Professor Doctor at  the Film Faculty of the National University of Theater and Film (UNATC) in Bucharest.


 Marina Roman – România

Journalist, Art critic, Professor Doctor

Marina Roman, member of Romanian Filmmakers Union (UCIN) and  founder of Romanian Film Association “Document.Art”, is a journalist, specialized, since 1982, in the field of culture. She is a graduate of the University of Theatre and Film “I.L.Caragiale” in Bucharest . In print media, radio and TV, she worked with the same pleasure, being editor, deputy editor or general secretary of the editorial staff. She is also Professor Doctor at the Hyperion University in Bucharest , teaching Television. Her doctoral thesis (published as tome) is entitled: “Theatrical  Ambiguity and Liturgical Finality in Andrei Tarkovski’s Work”.
Marina Roman has a rich activity as an art critic and promoter of art, interested to encourage young talented artists. Her faith is that art means emotion. According to this faith, Marina Roman is also a poet: her recent book of poetry – “Fascinating Medusa“ – was and editorial success.


Valeriu Jereghi – Republic of Moldova

Screenwriter, Director, Producer

Born in Republic of Moldova. Graduate o fVGIK, All-Union State Institute of Cinematography, Moscow, Russia. He developed a long lasting career at the Molodova Film Studio, as well as at studios from Yugoslavia, Romania, Austria, Hungary ,Germany, France and Rusia (Nikita Mihalkov/s”TRI-TA”). Awarded with many prizes at International Film Festivals from Moscow, Brussels, Vienna, Salerno, Rome, Harkov, etc. At the 1st edition of Dream Fest Cinema, in 2011, he was awarded with a Diploma for Excellence.


 Mihai Fulger – România

Journalist, Film critic

He is a young journalist and film critic, with more than 1000 film reports,reviews,articles,essays and interviews published in various publications, starting with 2002. He is a constant contributor to „Observator cultural” (Cultural Observer). He is also founding editor of the quarterly „Film” magazine, published by UCIN ( Filmmakers Union of Romania). His editorial debut – The New Wave of Romanian Cinema – was awarded in 2007 with the „George Littera” prize for best cinema book by the Association of Film Critics of UCIN. He had a constant cooperation with various Romanian film festivals and was member of the FIPRESCI juries at important international film festivals at Berlin, Busan, Cluj, Durres,Gijón, Motovun, Riga, Warsaw. Starting with 2012 he is the editor-in-chief of the Romanian Cinematheque, in the body of the National Film Archive (ANF).
